	abstract     = {In the cultural heritage domain, many researchers have proposed personalization techniques and tools based on human and technological factors, aiming to deliver enhanced visitor experiences. During personalization, a vast amount of user information, such as geographical location, cultural background, interests, and preferences, can be used to create user models. However, this information can often be considered private, and thus, privacy issues are raised when using personalized applications. In this position paper, we discuss the importance of privacy in the personalized cultural heritage applications and propose a preliminary privacy preservation model.},
